Zenvara Return & Refund Policy

At Zenvara, we strive to deliver premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

    • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

    • Requests made after 7 days


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation


3. Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • We will provide:

    • Free replacement or full refund (no extra cost)


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover shipping


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount (optional: keep/remove based on your strategy)

  • Customized or special edition products
