1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods (like product drops), processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Estimates Because we curate our collections from specialized global suppliers to ensure premium quality, shipping times may vary:

Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–15 business days after processing.

Please note that these are estimates; actual delivery times may vary depending on your local courier and customs processing.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zenvara is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Zenvara is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
